Application process:

Credit report fee is required on anyone living in the apartment 18 years of age or older $20.00 per applicant.

Move in requirements:

Rent is collected thirty days in advance. First months rent & security deposit must be paid in the form of a cashier's check or cash. After the first month rent can be paid by personal check, money order, cashiers check or cash.

Security Deposit for -
     Studio is $800.00
     1 bedroom is $900.00
     2 bedroom is $1,000.00.

We have a NO pet policy.
